IN STOCK ITEMS:

If your item(s)is in stock it should be packed and shipped out with in 1-3 days from date of purchase.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE:

You should receive your package within 3-10 days depending on where you live and on how the package was shipped. I try to send packages Priority along with a delivery confirmation. UPS is also an option but can be rather expensive when shipping smaller packages but if you prefer this service please don't hesitate to make that request.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

If the item you have selected is not in stock you will be immediately notified with an estimated time on when it will be available. It will then be up to you to decide if the time delay is acceptable and if it is not then a full refund will be issued immediately. If I have other products that are similar to the one on back order I will let you know ASAP.

Please note that many of the items on this site have been special ordered and or custom designed with you and your mini(s) in mind! Because of this 'specialty' it is possible to experience a 1 to 3 week delay (depending on the company) in your shipment if the item is not in stock.

RETURNS:

STEP# 1

Please email Alexandra at AMiniHorseSupply@aol.com or call 541-504-9234 within 14 days of receiving your item(s) explaining what you are returning and why you are not satisfied with the item(s).

STEP # 2

As long as your returned item(s) arrive still in it's *original *NEW condition *CLEAN, *UNUSED & *HAIR FREE then you'll be asked to choose between a refund or an exchange for another item(s) of equal or lesser value.

STEP # 4

Please ship item(s) *including insurance ONLY if the return value is over $50.00* to the address at the top of this page. I'm sorry but I am unable to refund any shipping or insurance charges when returning an item(s).
